Rodney William Marsh was an Australian professional cricketer who captained the Australian national team as a wicketkeeper. Marsh's Test career spanned the Australian seasons of 1970–71 to 1983–84. He set a world record of 355 wicketkeeping dismissals in 96 Tests, the same number as his speed bowling Western Australian counterpart Dennis Lillee.
Rodney Marsh, a cricket hero by any standard, died last week at the age of 74 after suffering a severe heart attack while travelling to a charity event in Queensland.
